2.

Rev A. Rodwell - Internet Café

Intimated the foundation of Internet Café for the youngsters of the village. Venue, the Village Hall 8-10pm, Age 12-17 Friday evenings. IBM has gifted computer. Very well supported. Looking from the CC for some financial help in meeting the costs. CC would be very keen to help. Await further approach from the Group.

3.

St Vincent's.

Still ongoing. No movement on the Traffic Calming Measures that are an integral part of the planning permission. These are to have been completed prior to any work starting on the site. It was intimated that the Road Dept should be the driving force to ensure that the safety issues are dealt with. Another condition was that there are to be no retrospective planning applications. A possible solution would be the provision of intermittent lights, however this has to come from the Roads Department.
